REFUNDS
All of our Controllers come with a 1-year warranty.
Returns can only be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
All of our Controllers require configuration to suit your home’s needs, therefore upon return of any items, the returned items will incur a 30% restocking fee deducted from a refund.
All Returned Controllers Delivery Cost will be covered by the customer and must be inspected before the decision to issue a refund.
